The list includes: STRONG Experience/Classes Instructors Facilities (parking/amenities) Financial Personal Medical Class Availability Moving Trying something else Administrative Membership Upgrade Membership Downgrade Please note that the "Administrative" category should only be selected in cases where a membership was mistakenly sold due to a staff or system error. This new feature enhances your studio's reporting capabilities and provides valuable insights for HQ to identify trends and support the network more effectively.
