Managing the waitlist

If you have Automatically Confirm Waitlist clients ON and the configuration Automatic promotion from waitlist to booked: Set to 0 hours clients would potentially be put in a position where they are moved into a session and if they can't make it or if they cancel they would be considered a no show or a late cancel. If you turn Automatically Confirm Waitlist clients to No, this can allow communications to go out to members to confirm their booking. If they don't confirm or decline within 2hrs then it goes to the next person on the waitlist. This will also prevent members from being added to a session at the last minute.
