# My members get blisters from the footstraps. Is there anything you can suggest to prevent this?

## Footstraps uncomfortable

Should this occur we recommend advising the members to wear two pairs of socks. It does take time for some members to get used to, particularly if they have trained while wearing shoes on a rower or bike. Once a few sessions have passed it will begin to feel normal.
