What if my carriage isn't rolling smoothly?

At times, the lower wheels of either the carriage and or row seat will need to be adjusted. This results from improper or aggressive use of the seat or movement. We recommend looking under the Rowformer or carriage to see where the wheel might be jamming. Once you find the wheel that is to close to the rail, adjust the swing lever and move the wheel SLIGHTLY away from the rail and tighten. It may be one wheel and or two and most times it is opposite sides. NOTE: You do not want the seat to move too freely, the connection between wheel and rail must be very close but not touching.
