# What is Induction?

## Induction Training

Induction is programming delivered to you by our STRONG HQ staff, including studio layout and design, studio equipment, day to day operations, sales and marketing, movement and programming, and training and recruitment. Everyone will leave with the knowledge to run a great STRONG Pilates studio. Please familiarize yourself with the available Resource documents and the Launch Pathway before attending Induction in order to maximize your time and ask any questions you may have about the program and process.
