When do I request my new Hapana site?
Setting up Booking Platform
You will be prompted to set up your Hapana site during your Onboarding process. Your Onboarding Manager will start the registration for you right before you start pre-sale, typically 4 months out from the projected open date. Please do not set Hapana up until you reach this step in your Launch Pathway, around 4 Months from Opening. The Hapana team, STRONG HQ team, and yourself will work in concert to set up your site.
