Attending Induction
Studio Owners are required to attend to learn about the STRONG business. You may choose to bring a Studio Manager if they are going to run the day-to-day studio operations. If you don't yet have a Studio Manager in place, please introduce them to your Performance and Onboarding managers when they come on board.
