Account deletion request
The request to delete PII has to be available, as this is an App feature requirement from Apple. The Studio has the right to review the request and process it accordingly. If there is an active membership, the Studio will need to contact the member and proceed with the business cancellation policy. Please do the necessary to remove all PII from the relevant client account, cancel any remaining active memberships or packages or settle any unpaid invoices.
