What should I bring to Induction?

If you are attending in person, feel free to bring comfortable clothes and athletic clothes, as well as your favorite sweat towel and grip socks! We will be doing classroom style training as well as classes live in the studio. If you are attending virtually, you'll just need a laptop and something to take notes.
